Dandelion - one of nature’s medicinal power-houses, dandelion is one of the richest green vegetable source of β-carotene, from which vitamin A is created. It is also particularly rich in fibre, potassium, iron, calcium,magnesium, phosphorous, B vitamins (especially thiamine and riboflavin).
Alfalfa - rich in nutrients and minerals including calcium, magnesium, potassium and carotene. As well as nourishing the digestive, skeletal, glandular, and urinary systems alfalfa is known for its anti-oxidant properties.
